These Terms of Use apply to all Users of a review posting platform operated by Diffulice, a company registered in the Commercial Register under number CH-660.0419.009-9, whose registered office is located at Route de la Z. I du Verney 4 – 1070 Puidoux
The submission of reviews is reserved for users of the products (hereinafter "the Product(s)") presented on the website "http://www.skinminute.com" (hereinafter "the SKIN MINUTE Site"). The purpose of the reviews is to help internet users (hereinafter "Internet User(s)" or "User(s)") in their choice of products.
Users of the SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service agree to comply with these conditions and declare that they accept them in their entirety.
What is the purpose of the SKIN MINUTE PRODUCT Review Service?
The "SKIN MINUTE Product Reviews" service allows users to share their opinions on SKIN MINUTE products on the SKIN MINUTE website. To ensure the quality of our SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service, users agree to write a review of a product they have actually tested or used. The SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service may not be used to disseminate content that violates public decency, public order, the rights of others, or laws and regulations.
A review is not validated, therefore it will not be published and may be deleted for one of the following reasons (non-exhaustive list):
- the product in question was not used by the author of the review
- the submitted review does not concern the product that is the subject of the review
- The review is a question from the User without a description of their experience with the Product
- The review contains too many spelling mistakes or poor syntax, reducing its usefulness.
- the review is submitted in a language other than that of the SKIN MINUTE website
- the review contains advertising and/or commercial content
- The review contains racist, xenophobic, vulgar, abusive, and defamatory remarks.
- the notice may infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties (such as mentioning a trademark)
- The information relating to the User's identity contains insults or vulgarities
- The review refers to individuals, including well-known figures, or does not guarantee the anonymity of users.
- the notice includes an email address, a telephone number, a postal address or any other data allowing the direct or indirect identification of a natural or legal person
- The notice includes a bank card number, bank account number, social security number, or any other data that could lead to identity theft.
- The attributes of the submitted opinion contain concrete elements of conflicts of interest
Users have no limit on the number of reviews they can submit. Submitting a review does not guarantee immediate publication; it must be approved by a moderator before being published.
How are the reviews validated?
Users of the SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service agree that their submitted comments will be reviewed by a moderation team. The moderator verifies that the reviews comply with these terms and conditions.
If the submitted comment complies with these conditions, the User receives an email confirming that their review has been validated.
If any of the provisions of this document are not respected, the User will receive an email informing them that their review cannot be validated in its current form, explaining the reasons for its non-publication and providing a link to revise the review. The revised review, once resubmitted by the User, will be reviewed by a moderator.
Once the review is validated and the confirmation email sent to the reviewer, the review will be published on the SKIN MINUTE website within a maximum of 3 business days. The reviewer acknowledges that, for technical reasons, publication of their review on the SKIN MINUTE website may take longer than 3 business days.
How will your review be published?
In order for Users to benefit from a relevant SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service, they agree that published reviews may be deleted in one of the following cases (non-exhaustive list):
- The published notice is more than 12 months old
- The email address of the review author is not valid
- The product is no longer offered by the SKIN MINUTE website
- The product has been modified in such a way that the review is no longer relevant to the original product.
Finally, any User of the SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service may report abuse or non-compliance with these conditions
What are the follow-up actions in your opinion?
By posting a review or comment on the "SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service", the User acknowledges that this review becomes public and grants Diffulice and its duly authorized partners the right to use, store, publish, translate, create derivative works, exploit, distribute and display the content, in whole or in part, of the review and/or comment, within the framework of any possible protection under intellectual property rights to which they may be entitled, and to use the name and/or surname provided with the review or comment for all purposes, including commercial and advertising purposes, on all media, including internet, emailing (paper and/or online), display, signage, leaflet, advertising, magazine, television and radio media and similar media, worldwide and for a period of 10 years.
Users of the SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service agree that Diffulice has the right to reply to reviews after they have been published. This reply will be made public or sent only to the user who wrote the review.
Responsibilities
Users of the SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service agree to comply with current regulations, these review publication conditions, and any terms of use present on the SKIN MINUTE Site.
Diffulice reserves the right not to publish any review that violates these terms and conditions without informing the user. Similarly, Diffulice reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove any review it deems contrary to these terms and conditions and applicable regulations.
Diffulice disclaims all responsibility for content posted by users of the "SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service" and for any third-party requests related to the content of published comments. A link to a "Report Abuse" section is available for you to report any comment or rating that you find inappropriate or contrary to these terms and conditions.
The User of the "SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service" acknowledges that the judicial authority may request the disclosure of their personal data.

Certain personal data that can identify the user is collected when they wish to leave a review on the "SKIN MINUTE Product Review Service". They have the right to access, rectify, and object to the processing of their personal data by writing, with proof of identity, to the following address:
